Miss Cayman Islands 2016 was held on January 30, 2016. Monyque Brooks was crowned as Miss Cayman Islands by the outgoing titleholder, Tonie Chisholm Delgadillo in the glistening coronation gala. The winner will represent the island nation at both Miss World 2016 & Miss Universe 2016. Erin Nicole Hislop was adjudged as the first runner up while Schilo Scott was titled as the second runner up at the same event. Between the years 1988-1990 the 1st Runner-up used to compete at Miss World pageant from Cayman Islands. There were a total of 8 contestants who competed for the title of Miss Cayman Islands 2016. The contestants’ names are as follows-

Tonie Chisholm, was crowned as Miss Cayman 2015, and Adrianna Christian and Emily Bodden were declared as First runner up and Second Runner up respectively, at the finals held last year.
