Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky 2015 (also known as Miss Universe Slovak Republic 2015 or Miss Universe Slovakia 2015) is the 17th edition of the Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky pageant, the finals whereof are scheduled to be held on March 6' 2015.

Twelve (12) contestants are competing for the coveted crown - Kristína Janceková, Anita Polgáriová, Veronika Šebáková, Denisa Vyšnovská, Petra Poláková, Saskia Janušcáková, Martina Danková, Andrea Behúnová, Katarína Bezecná, Dominika Zemanová, Zdenka Pavlíková, and Beatrica Závodníková.

The reigning queen, Silvia Prochádzková, will crown her successor at the conclusion of the pageant, and the winner will go on to represent Slovakia at Miss Universe 2015 pageant. The runners-up will compete in Miss Earth and Miss Intercontinental pageants.
