Miss Universe Albania is an annual national beauty pageant that selects representatives to the Miss Universe pageant. The Miss Universe Albania pageant was established in the year 2006 in Tirana, Albania.

The National Director of Miss Universe Albania is Fadil Berisha. Fadil Berisha is an Albanian-American fashion photographer living in New York. Fadil is also the official photographer of Miss Universe and Miss USA.

Since its inception, the Miss Universe Albania organisation has independently selected its representative for the Miss Universe pageant, until 2011. In 2012 Miss World Albania organizer Vera Grabocka joined forces with photographer Fadil Berisha to produce a single event to choose the local representatives for the international competitions.

In 2013, Agnesa Vuthaj, a former Miss Albania took under the National Directorship of Miss Earth Albania. And for the first time, Miss Earth Albania came in collaboration with Miss Universe Albania contest. But eventually, the Miss Universe Albania and Miss Earth Albania Organisaiton parted ways and went their separate ways.

And since then, the Miss Universe Albania Organisation has been crowning two titleholders – the main winner is sent to the Miss Universe pageant, while the first runner-up is sent to Miss World pageant.

The reigning Miss Universe Albania is Megi Luka. Megi competed at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant.
