Miss Universe Guam is a national beauty pageant held annually to select the most gorgeous woman in the United States territory of Guam. Each year, the winner of Miss Universe Guam represents the country at the Miss Universe beauty pageant. The Miss Universe Guam beauty pageant focuses on finding that one delegate who can make the country proud at the international platform.

Earlier, the Miss Guam national beauty pageant was responsible for sending the delegates of the country to the Miss Universe beauty pageant and the other pageants in which the country participate. Since 2008, the Miss Guam beauty pageant was renamed as the Miss Universe Guam. The Miss Universe Guam not only sends a candidate to the internationally renowned Miss Universe pageant but also to the Miss International beauty pageant.

The Miss Universe Guam 2014 was Brittany Mesa Bell. She was crowned by the Miss Universe Guam 2013 Alixes Scott. Brittany participated at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant that was held in Doral, USA on January 25' 2015

In 2015 Guam did not participate at the Miss Universe contest. The Miss Universe Guam 2016 is Muneka Taisipic. The beauty is all set to perform her best at the finale of Miss Universe 2016 pageant which is going to be held on 30th January 2017.
