Miss Malta is a national beauty pageant held in Malta every year to select representatives for international pageants like Miss Intercontinental. The Miss Malta pageant was established in the year 1963 and holds a history of more than 50 years. Since 1963, the pageant has been responsible for selecting and sending delegates to various international pageants.

In the early year of its establishment, the winner used to represent the country at the Miss World pageants. However from the year 1968-2001, the organization used to send the winner to Miss Universe and the first runner-up was sent to the Miss World pageant.

Rosalie Theuma was the last Maltese representative in Miss Universe. After this, starting from the year 2003, the Miss Malta winner took part in Miss Intercontinental and managed to make it into the Top 15 semi-finalists in the year 2007 with Jasmin Schellmann.

The reigning Miss Malta is Pearl Haber Miss Malta 2014 and she represented Malta at Miss Intercontinental 2014, however was unplaced. The directorship of the organization passed on to Glow Promotions in the year 2014 when Miss Floriana - Pearl Haber won this prestigious title. Pearl will now crown her successor at the finals of the Miss Malta 2015 pageant scheduled to be held on June 6’ 2015.
