Nuestra Belleza Uruguay also Miss Uruguay, is an annual national beauty pageant held in Uruguay that selects representatives for  international pageants such as Miss World and Miss Grand International.

Aside from international pageants, the pageant also sends representatives to other minor pageants like Reina Hispanoamericana, Miss Continente Americano, Reinado Internacional del Café and Miss Maja Mundial.

The winners of Miss Universo Uruguay pageants are – (2006) Fatimih Dávila, (2007) Giannina Carla Silva, (2008) Paula Díaz, (2009) Cinthia D'Ottone, (2010) Stephany Ortega, (2011) Fernanda Semino, (2012) Camila Vezzoso, (2013) Micaela Orsi, (2014) Johana Riva, and (2015) Bianca Sánchez. All the winners competed at the Miss Universe pageant in their respective years of crowning.

The reigning Miss Universo Uruguay is Bianca Sanchez who represented Uruguay at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant. Bianca Sanchez is one of the new models of Uruguay participating in various productions by renowned designers, along with the leading models of the country. Bianca started dreaming of attaining the title of Miss Uruguay since a tender age.

The Miss Uruguay pageant was held for the first time in 1952 and became the national franchise holder for Miss Universe, Miss World, and Miss International pageants. In 2004, Miss Uruguay was renamed as Miss Universo Uruguay pageant.
