The 15th edition of Miss Earth i.e. Miss Earth 2019 was held on 5th December 2019 at Marx Halle in Vienna, Austria. For the first time, the pageant was held outside of Asia in Europe and also witnessed the first back to back victory of Miss Earth.
At the conclusion of the event finale, Angelia Ong of the Philippines was crowned Miss Earth 2015 by her predecessor Miss Earth 2014 Jamie Herell of Philippines. The theme of this year's pageant was the promotion of environmental awareness by focusing on the Climate Change campaign thru the 5R’s: Re-think, Reduce, Re-use, Recycle and Respect.
