Carolinne Ribas was elected Miss Pará 2015, in a competition held on 24 July at Hangar Amazon Convention Center, Belém. The beautiful lady was crowned by Miss Pará 2014, Larissa Caroline Oliveira and is now preparing for the Miss Brazil 2015. Carolinne is in the penultimate year of her law school.
She represented Belém at the contest. 28 candidates representing their respective municipalities paraded for the crown. The candidates paraded wearing bikinis and ball gowns, and presented an opening choreography in casual attire. "Positive thinking leads you to the victory and I had it from the start," added the new Miss Pará.
Miss Pará 2015 was the 60th edition of the traditional female beauty pageant that selects the Para best to make this dispute the title of Miss Brazil 2015. "I was already following an intense routine for the Miss Pará and now the Miss Brazil is very close. It is now time to intensify the training and see where I need to improve to well represent my state, "Carolinne said.
The 24 year-old represented the city of Bethlehem and proved that she deserved the title not only for beauty but also for elegance, intelligence and resourcefulness on the catwalk.
