The splendid finale of Miss Gibraltar came to a conclusion with the crowning of Hannah Bado as the winner of Miss Gibraltar 2015 on the finale held on July 4’ 2015. Hannah will now represent Gibraltar at the Miss World 2015 pageant. The 22 year old beauty who works as a primary teacher is proud of the fact that she lives in a territory with a close-knit community despite of its diverse population.
“Becoming Miss Gibraltar would be an honor. A Miss Gibraltar should portray a range of qualities other than physical beauty. She should be an aspiring role model for others, help the community in any way possible and become a positive ambassador for her country, a range of responsibilities which I believe I can accomplish,” Hannah said in a TV interview prior the contest.
At the same event, Bianca Pisharello was adjudged first runner-up and will now represent Gibraltar at the Miss International 2015 pageant. And Natalia Nunez was adjudged second runner-up, who will now represent Gibraltar at the Miss Supranational 2015 pageant. In addition to announcing the winners, there were a series of Special Awards that were awarded to the following contestants under different categories -

Gibraltar was brought under the spotlight when Kaiane Aldorino from Gibraltar was crowned Miss World 2009. This year only seven contestants participated at the pageant, but the Miss Gibraltar contest went on despite having a handful of contestants, and all the seven contenders were equally impressive. The 2015 batch of Miss Gibraltar 2015 looks like a refreshing batch at the international pageant this year. What do you think??
