Marian Borge is the representative of Managua who would be vying at the Miss World Nicaragua 2016.
She is currently pursuing her second year of Industrial Engineering from the National University of Engineering, UNI-RUPAP. She is the only girl amongst the five brothers.
At an early age, she had discovered her passion for the art of dance and she took admission in the National Academy of Dance to pursue her hobby. At the academy she met her teacher Maria Mercedes Grijalva, who was her dance teacher for a long time. Currently, she is the director of the Ballet Folklorico UPOLI, who teaches ballet (a dance form).
Marian describes herself as a cheerful, young, active and very passionate girl. Whatever she does, she does passionately.
Beside dancing, in her spare time, she likes reading and learning different languages.
She loves dogs, and she has dedicated her two years, volunteering for a foundation called “Footprints of Hope”.
The 18-years-old is a woman who knows the correct balance between her life and environment. Therefore, she wants to make people aware of the importance of balance in life.
