At the final coronation of Miss World 2014 held on December 14’ at Excel London in London, England, special awards in different categories were given to the gorgeous ladies. The categories of awards were Talent, Top Model, Sports & Fitness, Multimedia, Beach Fashion, and Beauty With a Purpose. The contestants had earlier participated in the various challenge events and Top 5 Finalists of the challenge events were selected except for Beauty With a Purpose, in which Top 10 Finalists were shortlisted.
The winners of the Special Awards were -
Talent - Dewi Liana Seriestha (Malaysia)
The winner for Talent event was selected after a live Sing-Off between Malaysia’s Dewi Liana Seriestha (Opera Singing) & Scotland’s Ellie Mckeating (Traditional Gaelic Vocals)
Top Model - Isidora Borovcanin (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
The other finalists for Top Model were - China Pr - Du Yang, South Sudan - Awien Kuanyin-Agoth, Hungary - Edina Kulcsár and Australia - Courtney Thorpe
Sports & Fitness - Krista Haapalainen (Finland)
The Sports and Fitness challenge event saw enthusiastic participation from all the contestants, the contestants were divided into groups and they competed against each other.

Multimedia - Elizabeth Safrit (United States of America)
The Multimedia challenge event winner was selected on the basis of how well the contestants had used the multimedia formats to promote different causes
Beach Wear - Olivia Asplund (Sweden)
The other finalists for the Beach Wear challenge event were Mexico - Daniela Álvarez Reyes, Kenya - Idah Nguma, South Africa - Rolene Strauss and India - Koyal Rana
For the first time in history, five winners were announced for the most prestigious challenge event- Beauty With A Purpose. The winners were –
