It’s that time of the year again when the franchises move out and move in from one organisation to another organisation. And amidst all the news and reports on the change in National Director and moving of the franchises, here is another pageant joining the league.

This can be considered as one of the most shocking moves by Carousel Productions involving the Miss Earth Franchise, as the organisation recently announced that the pageant is now under a new national pageant organisation in Austria. Miss Earth Austria pageant is now under Miss Austria Corporation. Sina Schmid and her Miss Earth Austria Organization is now replaced by Silvia Schachermayer and her team from Miss Austria Corporation that used to hold the Austrian franchise of Miss Universe and Miss World pageants.

Miss Austria corporation has been in existence since 1959. The organisation has been sending representatives to Miss World and Miss Universe so far. After managing to get the Miss Earth franchise as well, the corporation now has three out of four major international pageants in hand.
