The National director of Miss Grand Indonesia organization Ivan Gunawan announced, on 31st December 2021, that Andina Julie has been appointed Miss Grand Indonesia 2022. Andina will represent Indonesia at Miss Grand International 2022. Andina succeeds Miss Grand Indonesia 2020 Sophia Rogan.

The national director made the decision after careful consideration and closed-door interviews with contestants. The crowning of the newly appointed queen will be held in February 2022 with a new crown from YT Gold.

Andina Julie works as a model and looked beautiful wearing a blue dress with a high thigh cleavage. The long-sleeved dress was decorated with sequins and crystals all over. As a hard worker, Ivan Gunawan believes that Andina can bring a bright future with the Mega Bintang World Foundation.

Andina is an ordinary woman who comes from a family who works as a farmer. She is 20 years of age and stands 182 cm tall. Andina hails from the province of South Sumatra.
