Faith Gennevieve from Flevoland has been crowned as Miss Earth Netherlands 2017. She will now represent Netherlands in the Miss Earth 2017 competition scheduled to be held on 4th November 2017 in Manila, Philippines.
Faith bested 11 other candidates to clinch the title of Miss Earth Netherlands 2017. The outgoing queen, Deborah Van Hemert officially crowned the successor and passed on the reign to her successor.
Faith is a model by profession at Musthaves For Real and Innocence Model agency. Being a professional model, she always loves to keep herself groomed. Possessing a sweet and friendly nature, the beauty loves to help needy people. After winning the title she posted the picture on her Facebook page with the caption saying, “I am blessed to be granted this opportunity to contribute in spreading awareness concerning our earth.”
Last Monday, the finalists of Miss Earth Netherlands 2017 cleaned up the beach for mother earth, the animals and the environment, but unfortunatey Faith was not present that day so she decided to take initiative and go on her own.
“I am so glad that I had the opportunity to be part of this project, and so I recommend everyone to take initiative and be part of something that makes a difference”, she said.
Netherlands has never won the title of Miss Earth in its history so this year Faith Gennevieve has the chance to win the title for her country.
