Former Miss India Neha Dhupia to mentor Femina Miss India 2020 contestants

The organization of Femina Miss India recently announced that the 2020 edition will be conducted virtually and the organization is working on the new and improvised way of conducting the pageant. The decision to go virtual was due to the scare of coronavirus in the country. The winner will succeed Femina Miss India 2019, Suman Ratan Rao, for the title who was adjudged as the second runner-up at Miss World 2019.

The beauty pageant will see 31 stunning ladies compete for the coveted title; 28 of which will represent their respective states, accompanied by one selection from Jammu and Kashmir, one from Delhi, and anther a representative of the Union Territories. Neha Dhupia who won Femina Miss India 2002 and represented the country at Miss Universe 2002 and was placed at the Top 10 at the end of the event finale is returning to the beauty pageant stage as she will be mentoring the divas of Femina Miss India 2020.

The prestigious Femina Miss India 2020 co-powered by Sephora & Roposo goes digital for the very first time and the news of a former beauty pageant winner returning to guide the divas is wonderful news for the aspiring delegates. Neha has been an exceptional mentor to the Miss India contestants in the past as well, even in 2017 when Manushi Chhillar succeeded to bring the coveted Miss World crown back home after 17 years. As a mentor, Neha trains the contestants throughout the pageant rounds and helps them with overall development on their journey of being a beauty queen and this time won’t be any less.

Being a winner of the title herself and being on-stage for a while; Neha brings in the experience and expertise into the picture and is very successful in terms of persuading people according to her thinking. She has been a vital part of the triumph that Femina Miss India has gotten in recent years and she proudly announced the nationwide virtual auditions for the Femina Miss India 2020 pageant recently.
