Miss District of Columbia USA 2020 held its coronation night on 19th January 2020 at the Carpenter Theater in Richmond, where stunning beauties from all over the state competed for the title and at the end of the event finale, Cierra Jackson of Columbus, Georgia was crowned the new queen. She is now the official representative of District of Columbia in Miss USA 2020. Cierra Jackson succeeds and was crowned by Miss District of Columbia USA 2019 Cordelia Cranshaw.

Cierra Jackson is 27 years of age and hails from Columbus, Georgia. The diva performed with much grace and elegance as she proved her worth in the regional competition. The beauty also won the award of Miss Photogenic because of her amazing personality and her face which just flaunts in front of the camera with grace and in a splendid way. Jackson is no new to pageantry as she was previously awarded with the title of Miss District of Columbia in year 2016. The diva will definitely be a strong contender in the Miss USA 2020. The newly crowned queen’s court included –

First Runner-Up – Alexis Becton from Fort Dupont

Second Runner-Up – Jessy Peralta from Bloomindale

Third Runner-Up – Chelsie Stevens from Northeast DC

Fourth Runner-Up – Sasha Perea from Centre City

Other than the winner and her court, the contestants who also made it to Top 12 were, Faith Porter, Sophia Ramsel, Kelly Seibold, Lily Doaldson, Keandra Forte, Yashvi Aware, Tamara Smith. Also, other than Cierra Jackson for winning Miss Photogenic; Miss Congeniality was also awarded, which was given to Faith Porter from Brookland.

Also, at the competition, Miss District of Columbia Teen USA 2020 was crowned who will get the opportunity to represent her state at Miss Teen USA 2020. Sydney Jackson of Dupont Circle was crowned Miss District of Columbia Teen USA 2020 as she succeeded and was crowned by Miss District of Columbia Teen USA 2019 Jaclyn Davis.
