Just ahead of leaving for USA to compete at Miss Universe 2022, India’s Divita Rai launched a powerful educational series ‘UnlockU - The power of education’ where she talks about various social and mental causes that affect people today. Her mission is in support of her advocacy which she will discuss during her Miss Universe 2022 stint.

Earlier the beauty queen had a powerful conversation with ‘Teach For India’ director Aditya Mallya and two kids, Pooja and Sweety, from the rural areas of Maharashtra. In the third episode, Divita raised awareness about mental health in conversation with Invisible Illness India.

Invisible Illness India is an organization for mental health care and holistic well-being. Providing well-rounded solutions for corporates, educational institutes, and individuals. Divita took to her official social media where she shared the post and talked about the episode.

“It is very important to raise mental health awareness in student education as they are seriously affected by mental health issues every day. They need a system and a source of information to guide them through this process of dealing with their inner issues”, she wrote. Divita is surely making all the stops before she arrives in USA to win the Miss Universe crown.

Miss Universe 2022, the 71st Miss Universe pageant, will be held at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States on 14th January 2023. Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu of India will crown her successor at the end of the event finale. If Divita wins Miss Universe 2022 crown, she will score a back-to-back win for her country at Miss Universe.
