The Miss Earth New Zealand Organization is all set to host its coronation ceremony for Miss Earth New Zealand 2020 on 7th March 2020 at the The PumpHouse Theatre Takapuna, Auckland. The delegates from all over the country will compete for the title of Miss Earth New Zealand 2020 and the opportunity to represent New Zealand at Miss Earth 2020. Miss Earth New Zealand 2019 Tashan Kapene will crown her successor by the end of the event finale.

Miss Earth New Zealand Pageant aims to raise the awareness of environmental issues nationally and internationally, and develop the skills of young leaders that will help build, protect, and sustain New Zealand’s wildlife and eco-system.

Miss Earth New Zealand is carried out to assure that each of the participating candidates is environmentally knowledgeable. The national franchise was launched in 2001 by Miss World New Zealand Ltd, under Ros Taylor. In 2011, the New Zealand Asia Pacific Trust acquired to the Miss Earth New Zealand franchise.
