The finale of Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2023 was held on at the Centro de Bellas Artes de Caguas today on Sunday, 29th January 2023 where Victoria Arocho Mis Earth Caguas 2023 was crowned the new queen. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2022 Paulina Avilés-Feshold.

Victoria Arocho competed against twenty-one contestants to win the national crown. She studied at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón and works as a USC Strategic Communications Expert. Victoria is an Element Model and Ego Top Model 2021. The newly crowned Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2023 Victoria Arocho’s elemental court included –

Miss Earth Puerto Rico- Water 2023 – Ashley Melendez Miss Earth Fajardo 2023

Miss Earth Puerto Rico- Fire 2023 – Jaimar Cruz Miss Earth Cayey 2023

Also at the finale, Ashley Melendez Miss Earth Fajardo 2023 was crowned Miss Globe Puerto Rico 2023 and will represent Puerto Rico at the next edition of Miss Globe. Ashley holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a student of Architecture. 

Apart from the winner and the elemental court, Top 6 also included delegates from Guaynabo and Camuy while Top 12 also included Mafe Amador Rivera (Bayamón), Drea Arteaga (Isabela), Alondra B. Martínez De Jesús (Loíza), Monique Alarcón Rivera (Manatí), Cynthia Goenaga González (Ponce), Jovanska Santiago (Villalba).

Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2022 Paulina Avilés-Feshold represented Puerto Rico at Miss Earth 2022 where she placed in the Top 8. Puerto Rico holds one Miss Earth crown which was won by Nellys Pimentel in 2019.
