The finals of the 2023 edition of Miss Earth South Africa will be held on 9th September 2023 at Sandton Southern Sun in Johannesburg where the winner will be crowned Miss Earth South Africa 2023 and will represent South Africa at Miss Earth 2023.
The winner will succeed and be crowned by Miss Earth South Africa 2022 Ziphozethu Sithebe who represented South Africa at Miss Earth 2022. A total of 10 finalists have been selected to compete for the national crown.

Miss Earth 2023, the 23rd edition of Miss Earth, will be held in Vietnam on 16th December 2023 where Miss Earth 2022 Mina Sue Choi of South Korea will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
