The Miss World Philippines organization hosted an ‘Up Close and Personal’ send-off press conference yesterday for the stunning Miss Eco Philippines 2021 who officially met the members of media at the Pandan Asian Café ahead of the Miss Eco International 2022 pageant. The conference was also attended by Miss Environment Philippines 2021 Michelle Arceo.

Kathleen also went on to share, “MY ECO HEART IS FULL! Thank you so much to all the media that came today for mine and Michelle Arceo’s press conference. This was the most eventful and wonderful day and getting to see up close and talk to all the beauty pageant bloggers, vloggers and the news.”

“You guys are so important to us queens and you deserve more acknowledgment and appreciation because you uplift us queens! You are so updated and you let us be known. I really wouldn’t be here without all the pageant bloggers and vloggers, the fans and the community,” she added.

During the conference, the diva opened up about her advocacies: environmental conservation and mental health awareness. Kathleen is a staunch advocate of Environmentalism which leads to the preservation and protection of plant and animal diversity. She believes in providing support for children in poverty and sustainable tourism.

Kathleen Paton is an Australian-Filipino beauty queen and model, who hails from Nabas, Aklan. She was crowned Miss Eco Philippines in October 2021 at the 10th Edition of Miss World Philippines. Kathleen is set to conquer Eqypt, as she represents the Philippines in the Miss Eco International happening from March 6 till 18th of March, 2022 in Cairo and Luxor, Egypt. She aims to bring the Eco crown back to the Philippines following Cynthia Thomalla‘s epic win last 2018.
