The Miss Elite Philippines organization has recently announced Eva Patalinjug as the National Director for the organization as well as the official franchise holder of Miss Elite to the Philippines effective till 1st September 2023. The organization mentioned, “We announce the official National Director of Miss Elite Philippines 2022-2023, Eva Psychee Patalinjug.”

Eva Psychee Soroño Patalinjug is a Filipino titleholder was crowned Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia Pacific International 2014. Eva held the title of Binibining Pilipinas 2018 as she represented Philippines at Miss Grand International 2018 and has been appointed as National Peace Ambassadress of the Philippines. Prior to joining the pageant scene, Eva Patalinjug worked as a commercial model under the Models Association of Cebu (MAC) agency.

A few months ago, Eva was appointed as the national director for the debut pageant franchise, Magandang Filipinas, but soon resigned from the position, severing any ties with the organization. The decision was made due to the cited "irreconcilable” differences with Magandang Filipinas founder Shadrach Lopez Crisostomo. Patalinjug also expressed concern that he was unable to give her legal documents for sponsorship requests, making her question the validity of the organization.

This year, the inaugural edition of Miss Elite i.e. Miss Elite World 2021 took place from May 19th till May 30th in Egypt, where the pageant crowned its first queen, Fernanda Pumar of Mexico. Gezza Avila represented Philippines but unfortunately remained unplaced at the end of the event.

Eva admits that although she misses competing on stage, she feels that her pageant journey has come full circle now that she's a pageant's national director. The Miss Elite Philippines organization will definitely soar higher under the leadership of Eva Patalinjug as she is an experienced name in the pageant industry as well as has been a successful beauty queen.
