The exciting finale of Miss Grand International 2016 held on 25th October 2016 at the Westgate International Theater in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, concluded with the crowning of Ariska Putri Pertiwi of Indonesia as the winner. Ariska succeeds Miss Grand International 2015 Claire Elizabeth Parker of Australia.

Ariska clinched the coveted crown after defeating contestants from all other countries who competed for the title. At the same pageant, Miss Philippines Nicole Cordoves was titled the first runner-up, Miss Thailand Supaporn Malisorn was adjudged the second runner-up, Miss Puerto Rico Madison Anderson was titled the third runner-up and Miss USA Michelle León finished as the fourth runner-up.
The finale kicked off with the contestants’ introduction, after which the Top 20 finalists were announced for the night. They were-

After the Top 20 finalists, it was time for the swimsuit round. One by one the beautiful Top 20 posed in their swimwear.

The Top 10 finalists then graced the stage and talked about their 'Stop The War and Violence' campaign. The Top 10 then rocked the stage in their Evening Gowns, after which the Top 5 finalists were announced –

The Top 5 finalists then went through a Question and Answer round. Right before the final moment, it was announced that Vietnam will be the next host country for Miss Grand International. The event further concluded with the announcement of the winner and runners-up.
In addition to announcing the winner and the runners-up, a series of Special Awards were also awarded to the contestants under the following categories –
