In an official announcement made on the social media handles of Miss Grand International, Roberta Angela Tamondong has been announced as the new 5th Runner-up of the 2022 edition of the pageant which was held recently in Indonesia.

The Filipina beauty, who placed in the Top 20 at the finale, has now moved up in the position to the Top 10 finalists. After the announcement of the Top 5 was done, the rest of the Top 10 finalists were awarded the 5th runners-up position on the eve of celebrating the 10th anniversary edition.

The official announcement, which was reposted by Roberta as well, read, “Miss Grand International Organization would like to announce the appointment of Roberta Angela Tamondong, Miss Grand Philippines 2022 as the new 5th runner-up of Miss Grand International 2022. She will be a part of the Top10 and will continue her mission with the MGI team for a year. Congratulations and welcome to the #GRAND family.”
