Not long ago, Pham Kim Dung, National Director of Miss Grand Vietnam, shared the names of the five former beauty queens of Vietnam who were being considered for the title of Miss Grand Vietnam 2021. This information had made the beauty pageant fanatics excited and in anticipation, making many predictions for this year’s representative.

Not letting the audience wait anymore, the copyright holder, has officially announced Nguyen Thúc Thuy Tiên as Miss Grand International Vietnam 2021. Thuy Tiên is 23-years-old and had been one of the favorites for the Miss Grand Vietnam 2021 crown. She represented Vietnam at Miss International 2018 and was highly praised for her performance throughout the competition; however, she was not placed.

The Miss Grand Vietnam organization also took to their social media as they wrote, “When the ticket for Miss Grand International 2021 was given to Tien, we completely believed in her ability. A girl with physical beauty and still in the process of training. There are many skills such as: singing, dancing, catwalk, good at English. And especially with the experience of fighting at home and abroad: 1st runner-up at Miss South Vietnam 2017, Top 5 Miss Vietnam 2018 with the title of Compassionate Beauty, Representative of Vietnam at the Miss International contest 2018.”

“Thus, with all the beauty, talent and experience of competition. Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien is the most reasonable and correct name for the Miss Grand Vietnam 2021 title. Hope everyone will follow and support Tien at the Miss Grand International 2021 contest,” they added.

Thuy Tiên succeeds Miss Grand Vietnam 2020 Nguyen Lê Ngoc Thao for the title. It can be said that along with the Top 20 achievement, Ngoc Thao also partly passed on her own experience and luck to Thuy Tien at the upcoming contest, to continue and maintain Vietnam's on-top chain in pageantry.

Talking about Thuy Tiên, Pham Kim Dung said, "We believe in your qualities and efforts, this time the ticket is handed over, Tien promises to return the satisfaction, pride for all of us. The Miss Graqnd International 2021 will take place at the end of this year and Thuy Tiên will have about 3-4 months to prepare for her journey. Currently, she is actively exercising in the gym every day, focusing on training skills such as catwalk, behavior, foreign languages, and cultivating other secondary skills such as singing and dancing to be able to make an impression on an international platform.
