Concurso Nacional de Belleza, through their official social media, announced the designation of Juanita Urrea Posada as the new Miss International Colombia 2024 who will now prepare to represent Colombia at Miss International 2024.

Juanita hails from Valle. She completed her university studies at the ICESI University in the undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering. Along with Spanish, Juanita also speaks fluent English which will be advantageous for her at the international competition.

Not new to the pageantry, Juanita competed at Señorita Colombia in 2002, a well renowned national pageant in the country, and with her stellar performance, she placed as the second runner-up. A confident speaker, a loving personality and a charming face, Juanita has it all to impress the jury and the audience at the international platform.

Miss International 2024 will be the 62nd edition of the international pageant which will be held in Japan next year where Miss International 2023 Andrea Rubio of Venezuela will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
