Miss Massachusetts USA 2021 was held on 13th June 2021 at Lowell Memorial Auditorium in Lowell where Sarah de Souza was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Massachusetts at Miss USA 2021. She succeeds Miss Massachusetts USA 2020 Sabrina Victor.
The beautiful Brasileira-bostonian beauty was a star of the show as she was a strong competitor ever since the beginning of the pageant. This was Sarah’s second stint at the state pageant as she competed at Miss Massachusetts USA 2020 where she placed as the semi-finalist. She has studied Interior Design from Suffolk University in Boston. Sarah loves painting and she is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD and SketchUp. She is the host of “ism! immigrant stories matter” podcast.

2nd Runner-up – Skarlet Ramirez
3rd Runner-up – Samantha Vocatura
4th Runner-up – Ashley Cunningham
5th Runner-up – Olivia Alexandria
Also at the finale, Shannon Malloy was crowned Miss Massachusetts Teen USA 2021 as she became the official representative of her state at Miss Teen USA 2021. Rafaela de Oliviera, Annalisa Hair, Kyla Lima, Avery Turner were adjudged first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.
