The organization of Mexican Universal crowned Andrea Bazarte as the official representative of Mexico for Reina Hispanoamericana 2021, scheduled for October 2021 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. She crowned at the end of the 3rd edition of the Mexicana Universal pageant i.e. Mexicana Universal 2020, alongside the reigning Miss Universe Andrea Meza, as Mexicana Hispanoamericana 2021.

Mexico has bagged two Reina Hispanoamericana titles so far, with last year, Regina Peredo winning the second crown for the country. This year, Andrea’s representation appears to be strong as she is determined towards a back-to-back win for the title.

29 years-old Andrea stands 171 cm and has has graduated with a marketing degree. She lives in Monterrey, Mexico and is an entrepreneur. She is very passionate about being a beauty queen and ensures that creativity, passion, responsibility, organization, innovation, and teamwork are her main values.

“My dream is to have transnational companies that focus on productivity and improve the quality of life for entire families. In addition, helping others on the path of undertaking their idea,” shared Bazarte. She feels that support and motivation from closed ones help in boosting the confidence and self-moral for the beauty queens and they tend to perform better on-stage.

Andrea is supporter of ‘Being Real Gives You Freedom’ motto where she urges the people to break the stereotypes of what society dictates. She wants young women to accept their flaws and embrace them just like she has. She explains that “when your potential explodes, you are full and free. We already have many figures on the internet that are "perfect" and "unattainable." No more! When you want to get into that mold just break it.” She wants to be a positive and an impactful role model for the young women and encourage them for following their dreams.

Andrea is not new to the pageantry world as she has participated in Nuestra Belleza Latina 2018 where she placed as the 11th runner-up. She is confident and is a strong delegate, who can be one of the tough competitions for the international title. With her dedication and determination towards the crown, she seems confident in creating a back-to-back win for Mexico.
