Catriona Gray’s workout and food to win Miss Universe 2018

Since winning the crown for of Miss Universe Philippines 2018 (Binibining Pilipinas 2018), Catriona Gray has been working hard in every way possible to make sure she brings back the crown of Miss Universe 2018 to her home country, Philippines. She made it to the Top 5 of the Miss World 2016 competition and wants to make sure no stone is unturned in guarantying her win as Miss Universe 2018.

The 24-year-old Filipino-Australian beauty queen was very young when she got involved in physical fitness through things like dancing and martial arts.

However, she became even more aware of her physique because of her Filipino-German actor boyfriend Clint Bondad.

"I wasn't really re introduced into fitness until I met my current boyfriend. He's an enthusiast talaga (really) and he would drag me to the gym. I learned so much about being aware of your body through him," sabi sa panayam ni Gray.

In the coming months, leading up to her performance at the Miss Universe 2018 pageant, three to four gym workouts a week will be Gray's routine. According to Gray, the exercise gives her the vitality for the whole day.

It is also important for Gray to prepare a healthy breakfast meal. "Usually for breakfast, I am a huge fan of smoothies like green smoothies, juices, and smoothie bowls," says Gray.

Her main meal is vegetables, little fruits, and Gray's favourite ginger. Gray also said that her lifestyle is well-organized, such as having enough sleep and drinking plenty of water.

Gray is eager and determined to bring back the Miss Universe title, which was last won by Pia Wurtzbach in 2015.
