Miss Universe Philippines 2022, the 3rd edition of the nationl pageant, was held tonight on 30th April 2022 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Bay City, Pasay, Metro Manila where Silvia Celeste Cortesi of Pasay was crowned the new queen. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Beatrice Luigi Gomez of Cebu City.

Miss Universe Philippines Tourism 2022 – Daniela Dee representing Makati
Michelle Dee was born in Makati City, Metro Manila on 24th April 1995 to businessman Frederick Derek Dee and to actress, author, former supermodel, and Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez. Not new to the pageantry, Dee was crowned Miss World Philippines 2019 as she represented Philippines at Miss World 2019 and earned her spot in Top 12.
Miss Universe Philippines Charity 2022 – Pauline Amelinckx representing Bohol
Pauline Amelinckx is a well-known model and beauty queen in Philippines. No stranger to pageantry, Pauline has served as Miss Bohol 2017 and Miss JCI Philippines 2017. She also did well at the Mutya Ng Pilipinas 2018 finals night, where she competed, and she received two special awards: Mutyang Zen Institute and Miss Avon Fashion. Pauline Amelinckx was crowned Miss Global Beauty Queen Philippines 2018 during the Mutya Ng Pilipinas grand finale, and most recently she was the third runner-up of the Miss Universe Philippines 2020 competition.
1st Runner-Up – Annabelle Mae McDonnell representing Misamis Oriental
Miss Kuyamis 2022 Annabelle Mae Mcdonnell from Naawan, Misamis Oriental hails from Iligan City. Anabelle went to La Salle Academy, Iligan City. She studied AB Major in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and works as a feature writer at The Benildean.
2nd Runner-Up – Maria Katrina Llegado representing Taguig
Katrina is 24 years of age and hails from Taguig. She is a Cum-Laurde graduate from the De La Salle University, Manila with a degree in Financial Management. Not new to pageantry, Katrina competed in Mutya ng Taguig 2018. In 2019, she was crowned as Reina Hispanoamericana Filipina in 2019 and she went on to represent the country at Reina Hispanoamericana 2019 where she was placed as the 5th runner-up with her stellar performance.
The ceremony featured performances by Bamboo Mañalac, Sam Concepcion, Francisco Martin, Arthur Nery, Morissette and JM Bales. Reigning Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu served as a judge. Joining her in the judging panel were Francis Padua Papica, Tonee Co See, Margarita Gutierrez, Richelle Singson Michael, Sam Versoza, Lia Andrea Moss, RS Francisco, Jennifer Olay and Joshua Sorrentino.
