Caitlyn Nichamon Beutelspacher emerging as an early favourite for Miss Universe Thailand 2022

The Miss Universe Thailand 2022 competition is all set to be held soon as the organization has begun the search for the new queen to represent the country at Miss Universe 2022. Delegates from all over the country will compete for the national crown as Miss Universe Thailand 2021 Anchilee Scott-Kemmis will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

As many beauty queens are being confirmed for this year’s edition, there is one who has already become an early-favourite for the title, Caitlyn Nichamon Beutelspacher. This Thai-American beauty is 23 years-old and graduated from DePaul University, in Chicago, Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in environmental science and art.

Caitlyn currently works as a model with Select Model Management in Chicago. She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish, as well as conversant in Thai. She is a committed vegetarian who adores animals and refuses to support the meat industry. Caitlyn has long been a supporter of animal rescue organisations including The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) and local organisations like PAWS and Treehouse.

She also helps out at an animal rescue centre in Thailand where her cousin works. Caitlyn believes in the Sierra Club's mission to protect wildlife and their habitat. Caitlyn donates to a school where her cousin works to aid low-income students who have excelled academically. Her mission is to create awareness about the seriousness of climate change and the importance of implementing environmentally friendly practices.

Caitlyn wants to have an impact on children and teach them to be environmentally mindful in their everyday lives, much like her mother did while she was growing up. She attempts to maintain local areas clean and be considerate of people, as she learned from her mother. Whenever she goes to the beach, she makes it a point to assist pick up any garbage she encounters.

She is a strong and passionate delegate emerging as a potential top ranker for the title. Last year, Miss Universe Thailand 2021 Anchilee Scott Kemmis represented the country at Miss Universe 2021 but unfortunately failed to enter the Top 16 semi-finalists, officially ending Thailand's six-year streak of consecutive placements in Miss Universe, from 2015 through 2020.
