Anna Sueangam-iam crowned Miss Universe Thailand 2022

Miss Universe Thailand 2022, 23rd edition of the national pageant, was held on 30th July 2022 at True Icon Hall, Bangkok, Thailand where Anna Sueangam-iam was crowned the new queen. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe Thailand 2021 Anchilee Scott-Kemmis and will represent her country at Miss Universe 2022.

Anna Sueangam-iam lives in Bangkok. In 2020, she graduated from Kasetsart University in Bangkok. Not new to the pageant world, Anna was crowned Miss Mobile Thailand 2018. In 2019, she won Miss Thinn Thai Ngarm 2020 second runner-up. In 2020, she competed at Miss Thailand 2020 but did not make it to Top 5. Now, Anna has won the national crown with her stellar performance.

The newly crowned Miss Universe Thailand 2022 Anna Sueangam-iam’s court included –

1st Runner-Up – Nicolene Limsnukan

2nd Runner-Up – Kanyalak Nookaew

3rd Runner Up – Suchata Chuangsri

4th Runner Up – Renita Veronica Pagano

Top 11 also included Carina Muller, Thitaree Kasorn, Pympika Chuenghoopol, Nitthakan Aksornwan, Warangkhana Siristhapornsap and Patraporn Wang while Top 15 Swita Promsrisawat, Manchakorn Phetpraphan, Pauline Wilkinson Deeying and Nichamon Beutelspacher.

Miss Universe Thailand 2021 Anchilee Scott-Kemmis represented Thailand at Miss Universe 2021. She failed to enter the Top 16 semifinals, officially ending Thailand's six-year streak of consecutive placements in Miss Universe, from 2015 through 2020.
