Miss Venezuela 2022, the 69th edition of Miss Venezuela, will be held at the Poliedro de Caracas in Caracas, Venezuela on 16th November 2022. At the end of the event finale, Miss Venezuela 2021 Amanda Dudamel will crown her successor who will represent Venezuela at the Miss Universe 2023. Along with her, Isbel Parra will crown her successor as Miss Venezuela International 2022 who will represent Venezuela at the Miss International 2023.
While all the delegates competing for the national title seems worthy of the crown, here are our favourites who we think will have a strong foothold at the competition this edition –
Mariangel Tovar Miss Anzoátegui 2022
Mariangel Tovar is 23 years of age and is a social communications student. She considers herself as a disciplined and confident woman. As for using the platform to positively influence others, Tovar quotes, “I would love to encourage an awakening of social conscience and it is something that has been evidenced in the evolution that our society has had up to now. From inclusion in various sectors, to concern for environmental care. I believe that we should continue along this path, evolving towards the positive.” She is the woman committed to highlighting the essence of Venezuelan people responsible for extolling the Venezuelan identity, resilience, courage and kindness.
Victoria Cruz Gygax Miss Miranda 2022
Victoria Cruz Gygax is 27 years of age and has a degree in Social Communication and Professional Model. She considers herself as a determined and family-oriented person. Through her participation, Victoria would like to focus on girls, boys and adolescents who, like her, have suffered the loss or absence of one of their parents. She wants to be an example and inspiration for them, tell them that this is not the end of the road, that this absence will turn her into a strength and engine to achieve her dreams.
Sharon Frontado Miss Nueva Esparta 2022
Sharon Frontado is 23 years of age and is a graduate in international studies. She considers herself as an empathetic and supportive woman. As for using her platform, Sharon quotes, “I think that I can positively influence those who will follow me, being who I am, real, honest, transparent. I want you to feel inspired because I am myself, a woman eager to learn, to live this experience, with the desire to achieve my dream and succeed.” Sharon has also participated with many organizations such as Association of the Deaf in Caracas, Techo Venezuela, SmileyPlant organization to name a few.
Litzy González Miss Mérida 2022
Litzy Gonzalez is 19 years of age and is a 1st year nursing student. She describes herself as a responsible and creative person. Through her reign, Litzy would like to establish social care centers with volunteers where people are trained in care for vulnerable elderly people; in the management of emissions, in being the company of those people who for many reasons are abandoned in hospital centers and do not have the affection of a family member who is there with them.
Diana Silva Miss Distrito Capital 2022
Diana Silva is 25 years of age and is Cabin Crew and advertising student. She considers herself a dedicated, focused and responsible woman. Through her participation, Diana wants to create an initiative (Friends of the Elderly Initiative) where they would put it on the agenda and develop actions that respond to the problems and potentialities of old age.
