Miss Venezuela 2022, 69th edition of the national pageant, was held yesterday night, i.e. 16th November 2022 where Diana Silva, representing Distrito Capital, was crowned the new queen. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Venezuela 2021 Amanda Dudamel and will represent Venezuela at Miss Universe 2023.

Diana Silvas is 25 years of age and is Cabin Crew and advertising student. Diana was a part of our Top favourites for the crown as well. Through her reign, Diana wants to create an initiative (Friends of the Elderly Initiative) where they would put it on the agenda and develop actions that respond to the problems and potentialities of old age.

The newly crowned Miss Venezuela 2022 Diana Silva’s court included –

1st Runner-Up – Daniela Malavé of Delta Amacuro

2nd Runner-Up – Andrea Romero of La Guaira

3rd Runner-Up – Katheryne Bello of Amazonas

Top 10 also included Anzoátegui – Mariángel Tovar, Bolívar – Ana Elena Erazo, Carabobo – Lorena Bodenski, Mérida – Litzy González and Nueva Esparta – Sharon Frontado.

Also at the finale, Andrea Rubio of Portuguesa was crowned Miss Venezuela International 2022. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Venezuela International 2021 Isbel Parra and will now represent Venezuela at Miss International 2023.
