Unfortunately, Regina lost her father prematurely due to a massive heart attack and her grandmother also has congestive heart disease and that made her to volunteer with the American Heart Association (AHA). Apart from making her career in modelling, Regina also plans on using her new title to expand her current local volunteer work with the AHA so as to increase awareness on Heart disease statewide. Through this platform, she also plans to promote her heart health program "Queen of Hearts" which also focuses on the same.

At the same event, Alexis Loomans was crowned Miss Teen Wisconsin USA 2018 and will now represent her state in Miss Teen USA 2018.
