Former Miss World Rolene Strauss had an incredible year as the Miss World. She was dedicated to her duties, and the beauty queen truly fulfilled the meaning of “Beauty with a Purpose”. Recently, the South African beauty shared the good news about her pregnancy with her fans. Rolene, who is eagerly awaiting her first baby, has been honoured by the University of the Free State with Kovsie Ambassador Award.

Rolene shared the stage with South Africa's Olympic hero, Wayde van Niekerk, who was also honoured with the same award. The Kovsie Ambassador Award is bestowed upon an individual whose achievements have brought them distinction, benefited their community, and brought credit to the University of the Free State. Both the personalities rightfully deserved the award as the two have been incredible ambassadors for the country.
