Manasa Varanasi crowned Miss India World 2020

Femina Miss India 2020 was held yesterday night, i.e. 10th February 2021 at an event in Mumbai where Manasa Varanasi was crowned Miss India World 2020. She succeeds Miss World India 2019 Suman Rao.

Manasa Varanasi bested fourteen other finalists to win the national crown. Born in the heart of Hyderabad, Manasa Varanasi is a financial information exchange analyst who enjoys exploring the world of finance. The 23-year-old has diverse interests ranging from books, music and yoga.

As a child, Manasa was shy and preferred to express herself through Bharatanatyam and music. Manasa’s inspiration is none other than Miss World 2000 Priyanka Chopra and it shows that Manasa seems to be on the right path.

 

 

The newly crowned Femina Miss India World 2020 Manasa Varanasi’s court included –

VLCC Femina Miss Grand India 2020 – Manika Sheokand from Haryana

VLCC Femina Miss India 2020 - runner-up –Manya Singh from Uttar Pradesh

Miss Grand India 2019 Shivani J Jadhav crowned Manika Sheokand as Miss Grand India 2020 while Miss India United Continents 2019 Shreya Shanker crowned Uttar Pradesh's Manya Singh Miss India 2020 runner-up.

 

 

The finale of the Miss India pageant 2021 was a star-studded affair, with a performance by Vaani Kapoor and Aparshakti Khurrana acted as a host for the grand night. The jury panel comprised of actors Neha Dhupia, Chitrangada Singh, Pulkit Samrat and renowned designer duo Falguni and Shane Peacock.

The opening round of the pageant was led by Miss World Asia 2019 Suman Rao. The grand finale will be telecast on February 28 on Colors TV channel.
