The Miss World Italy organization recently held the coronation ceremony for the 2022 edition, where stunning divas from all over the world competed for the national title and the opportunity to represent Italy at the Miss World stage. At the end of the event, Rebecca Arnone was crowned Miss World Italy 2022 as she succeeded Miss World Italy 2021 Claudia Motta for the title.

Hailing from Turin, Rebecca is 20 years old and is currently a degree student of biological sciences at University of Turin, with a passion for fashion. ““Experiences and people who leave an indelible mark on the heart”. There are no other words to define what Miss Mondo Italia represented for me. I will not disappoint you and I will try to best represent our wonderful Italy,” she shared.

She also took to her social media to share about her journey as she wrote, “Emotion, friendship, commitment and lots of laughs. These are the keywords that accompanied me during the 20 days I spent away from home. A period during which the melancholy for the affections left in my city was alleviated by the closeness and warmth of my adventure companions and all the staff. I returned to Turin with 24 more friends and with a new awareness of myself.”

Earlier this year, Claudia represented Italy at Miss World 2021, but couldn’t manage to qualify into the Top 40 contestants. This year, Rebecca will represent the country at Miss World 2022, the 71st edition of Miss World pageant, scheduled to be held later this year.
