Tracy Maureen Perez was crowned Miss World Philippines 2021 on 3rd October 2021 at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center, Hall A as she became the official representative of Philippines at Miss World 2021. She is already a front runner for Miss World 2021 crown ahead of her travel to Puerto Rico.

The official press conference of the queen’s send off was held this afternoon where she donned a ravishing off-shoulder orange pant-suit designed by her stylist, whose creations she has been wearing since day one of her journey.

Tracy got overwhelmed at the event and could be seen tearing up from pure joy. The industrial engineer talked about her pageant journey and welled up from happiness and nostalgia. The queen recollected how she set foot on stage for the first time, six years ago in 2016 and instantly fell in love with performing on it.

She received a lot of heart-warming messages throughout the course of the event, the queen made sure to respond to all of them. Thanking everyone, the queen said,” I met all these amazing people on my journey, in these six years, so many advisors and mentors who never doubted me. I will always be grateful for all the people I met along this journey. All these people who pushed me, helped me become a better person, a happier person, so thank you.”

On being asked what does it mean for her to win the Miss World title, the Cebu City resident replied,” It means everything to me, my journey has never been easy, I am still filled with so many doubts and I think that’s okay! Winning would be a reminder that nothing is impossible.”

The queen is wary yet excited for her travel as she is afraid of flying. Promising to deliver her best, Tracy reassured that she will give a tough competition on the fast-track beach beauty competition at the international event as she considers it one of her strengths.

“I’ ll do my best”, the queen parted off with these remarks. The queen is ready to conquer the Miss World 2021 set to be held on 16 December, 2021 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
