Other special awards included, Miss Photogenic won by Kathleen Paton, Best in Evening Gown won by Danica Dilla and Best in Swimsuit won by Tracy Maureen Perez.

Tracy had been the front runner and emerged as a potential winner for the title very early in the competition. Not new to the pageant world, Tracy’s first pageant was in USC’s Miss TC 2011, which she won. Then she went on to participate in Miss Cebu 2016 where she was placed first runner-up in the competition. Tracy represented Argao in Binibining Cebu 2017 and ranked sixth. She represented Madridejos in Binibining Cebu 2018 and was crowned Binibining Cebu Charity 2018. In 2019, she decided to give pageantry another go as she participated in Miss World Philippines 2019 and placed in the Top 12. Last year, Tracy represented Cebu City at Miss Universe Philippines 2020 where she won the awards of Best in Swimsuit Photo and Miss Photogenic.

Tracy’s way of answering the questions thrown at her with absolute finesse and eloquence made her a strong delegate at this year’s pageant as well. During the question and answer segment, Perez was asked what she would want the people to learn from the pandemic when it's over. For her answer, she said, "After this pandemic, I hope that we never take for granted the family that we have, taking care of our health, and taking care of the people that protect us -- our leaders, our frontliners. We should always give importance to those people. We may not see the efforts that they give out, but most definitely they are our modern heroes. And for that we should always be grateful, and that we should always stick with them and pray for them. Thank you."

Tracy will be representing the Philippines in the Miss World 2021 pageant in Puerto Rico in December. With her mesmerizing beauty and talent, she sure will make a strong impact at the international platform.

Congratulations queen!
