Tracy Maureen Perez hails from Bayugan, Agusan del Sur and currently resides in Cebu City. She completed her schooling from Saint Michael School - Hijas de Jesus and Studied Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at University of San Carlos – Cebu.
