Jean Tumang is a gorgeous Filipino beauty who stands 178 cm tall and hails from Capas, Tarlac. Not new to the pageantry, Jean is Miss Tourism Philippines 2016, Model of the Universe, Miss City Tourism World 2017 held in China (Top 10). For almost 3 years, Jean has been working in the Local Government Unit of Capas, Tarlac as an Administrative staff (sometimes photographer) of Capas Information Office. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management and is also graduating as Master of Public Administration at Tarlac State University.
