The fourth edition Miss Eco International is slated to take place on 27th April 2018 in Cairo, Egypt. Amber Bernachi of Canada will crown her successor at the event of the event finale. All the contestants started arriving in Egypt near the main venue for the pageant, on 10th April.

Yesterday, 12th April 2018, Miss Eco International 2018 delegates were presented to the foreign and local members of the press at the conference hall of Bibliotheca Alexandrina.

The organization revealed the details on their Facebook page.

It sure is getting more difficult coming up with favourites for Miss Eco year after year. The quality of candidates in this edition has visibly improved. Unfortunately, some of the participating delegates missed today's press presentation because of their late arrival in Egypt. They will, however, have their own exposure to television and the press as they join the other pre-pageant activities. All eyes were fixed and camera lenses were focused on the statuesque beauty queens as they regally introduce themselves individually to several media personnel present at the event. Dr Amaal Rezk, the founder & CEO of Miss Eco International told the press that the pageant will help boost the country's tourism sector as the North African country is hosting the international beauty contest. Now in its 4th year, the pageant is being supported by Egypt's government and the United Nations. It also aims to find an emissary for environmental causes.
