The finale of Star GS Hellas 2022 was held on Thursday, 29th September 2022 at the Lohan Night Club in Athens where Korina Emmanouilidou was crowned the new queen. Winning the Star GS Hellas 2022 crown, Korina has been adjudged Miss Universe Greece 2022 and will represent Greece at Miss Universe 2022.

Korina Emmanouilidou bested nineteen other candidates to win the national crown. The stunning Greek beauty is 22 years of age and a model, aesthetician, and makeup artist from Thessaloniki. Korinna was a strong contender for the crown ever since the beginning of the competition.

Also at the finale, Maria Cholidou was crowned Miss Aphrodite GS Hellas 2022 (Miss Supranational Greece) as she became the official representative of Greece at Miss Supranational 2023, to be held next year in Poland.

Korina Emmanouilidou succeeded last year's titleholder, Star GS Hellas 2021 Sofia Arapogianni. Sofia Arapogianni represented Greece at Miss Universe 2021 but unfortunately failed to place in the Top 16. The country holds one Miss Universe crown.

Miss Universe 2022 will be the 71st Miss Universe pageant which will be held at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana in the United States on 14th January 2023. Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu of India will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
