Harnaaz Sandhu, on 31st December 2022, was crowned Miss Universe 2021 as she broke the pageant drought of 21 years. Harnaaz is the third Indian woman to win Miss Universe crown and the first ever Sikh woman who won the title. As Sandhu is completing her reigning responsibilities, our stunning Miss Universe is all set to make her debut in the film industry as well.
Harnaaz will be seen making her Punjabi film debut in ‘Bai Ji Kuttange’. The trailer for Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu’s film debut Bai Ji Kuttange was released on 1st August 2022. The film is set to debut on 19th August 2022. The film is a romantic comedy and directed by Smeep Kang. It is produced by Nirupma and Hadelin De Ponteves and written by Vaibhav Suman and Pali Bhupinder.
Bai Ji Kuttange stars Sandhu alongside actors Dev Kharoud, Nanak Singh, Upasana Singh, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Simrat Kaur Randhawa, Hobby Dhaliwal and Sabby Suri.
The romantic comedy’s premise revolves around the titular character Bai Ji and his younger brother. The plot is focused on the relationship between the brothers after the main character Bai Ji learns that his brother is romantically involved with a girl working for him. We are all excited to see Harnaaz make her debut in the film industry.
