Miss Grand International 2019, the seventh edition of the Miss Grand International beauty pageant, was held on 25th October in the city of Caracas, Venezuela. This was the first time that the contest was held in the South America continent. Unfortunately, given the security concerns in Venezuela, the number of candidates competing for the Miss Grand International 2019 is the lowest number that the contest has ever witnessed.
At the end of the event finale, Lourdes Valentina Figuera Morales of Venezuela was crowned the new queen. The competition was also hosted in Caracas, Venezuela making it the first time in the history of the pageant that the host country won the crown. Lourdes Valentina Figuera Morales is 19 years of age and stands a whopping 184 cm tall. She is also the CEO of Fundación Ni Una Sonrisa Menos. Her court included -
