Hailing from Cebu City, Catacutan is a registered nurse and has worked in an international hotel. Having competed at the pageants like Miss Cebu 2010 where she finished as 3rd Runner Up and winning Reyna ng Aliwan 2011, along with Miss Casino Filipino 2014 and ending as a Top 12 finalist at Miss World Philippines 2011, Rogelie knows how to play her cards. Starting slowly, yet gracefully, she is definitely in the race for the crown, becoming the second woman from her nation to claim the title.
