Terrence Jenkins is set to host USA’s prestigious pageant, Miss USA 2016. The announcement has been made by none other than renowned Actor, TV Host and author Terrence Jenkins during his guesting on ‘The Talk’ program.

Later, on May 23’ 2016 he took his official social media handle to make a big announcement. Terrence posted - “The Talk,” saying, “I am going to be the new host of Miss USA this year. Steve Harvey is executive producer..” and jokes, “so…I’m gonna go to boot camp with Steve before I go out there so I can get the name right.”

Terrence Jenkins - more popularly known as Terrence J, presently has worked for E! News as an anchor. He is also known for his commendable role in the movie ‘The Think Like a Man’.

Terrence J is currently hosting the new Mark Burnett produced reality dating show Coupled, which will air on FOX, the same network broadcasting the Miss USA finals.  

The gala coronation of Miss USA 2016 which will be a consecutive 65th edition of the Miss USA pageant is slated to be held on June 5’ 2016 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, wherein all 52 states and district representatives of the USA will rub shoulders and compete to clinch the prestigious crown of Miss USA 2016.

At the end of the finale, reigning Miss USA, Olivia Jordan of Oklahoma will crown her successor. It will be the first Miss USA pageant to be broadcast on Fox. One lucky winner will get the golden chance to represent the USA at Miss Universe 2016 pageant set to be held later this year.
