Charity Maru, also known as Charity Lu Lu Seng, has been crowned as the Miss World Singapore 2015 in an event held in One Farrer Hotel and Spa on October 21’ 2015.
Charity Maru defeated 13 other beauties to clinch the title of the Miss World Singapore 2015 and the right to represent her country at the annual Miss World 2015 contest. The pageant will be held in Sanya, China with the finals on December 19.
At the same event, Kuek Ziyi was adjudged as the first runner-up, Charis Lin was titled as the second runner-up, Ashley Chin was adjudged as the third runner-up and Sheen Cher stood as the fourth runner-up. In addition to announcing the winner and the runners-up, a series of Special Awards were awarded to the contestants under the following category:
