At the conclusion of the finals of the national pageant held on December 27' 2014 at Grand Hôtel de l’indépendance in Conakry, Mama Aissata Diallo was crowned Miss Guinea 2015 (Miss Guinée 2015). She was crowned by her predecessor and outgoing queen Halimatou Diallo, the Miss Guinea 2014 (Miss Guinée 2014).

Aissata is 18 years of age, and she defeated 22 other finalists to win the coveted title, and a chance to represent her country at Miss World 2015. Besides the crown, she won 5 Million Guinean francs, given by the contest sponsor MTN Guinea and $1,000 donated by the management of the nightclub Crisber International and a watch worth $ 750 from Panorastar advertising company.
The first runner-up was Safiatou Diallo and the second runner-up was Yero Bah.
